Hi I am Steve Cross a freelance photographer who has re-located from the East Midlands to Oban, Argyll (Gateway to the Isles) on the West Coast of Scotland to pursue my love of photography and to explore further Scotland's Highlands and Islands.

I am also a member of the Royal Photographic Society actively working on my Distinctions. (LRPS)  No shortage of subjects up here!   

I have a passion for monochrome photography Landscapes, Abstract, but first and foremost I am a photographer and like to take every opportunity to add to my image collection,

I make the most of my prime location trying to visit the Islands and surrounding areas to take advantage  of the wonderful lighting conditions that the West Coast offers in every season. The traditional rustic and coastal opportunties give rise to some fine art images.  (See Print Sales B/W Galleries)

I invite you to view my galleries, although this is only a small example of my collection, more images are being uploaded to the site as and when the West Coast weather dictates!
